Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using the Coral Dash service ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By subscribing to or purchasing any paid features, you expressly acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy as detailed in Section 5 below.

Coral Dash is an independent budget tracking dashboard that connects to your Google Sheets data to provide financial insights and tracking capabilities. The Service includes:

• Fixed and variable expense tracking
• Multi-source income tracking
• Net worth and debt management tools
• Budget configuration and monitoring
• Personal and joint account aggregation
• Google Sheets synchronisation for Monzo bank exports

Important: Coral Dash is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Monzo Bank Ltd. Use of this Service requires you to have a Monzo account with Extra, Perks, or Max subscription that includes Google Sheets export functionality enabled.

The Service is provided for informational and personal financial management purposes only. Coral Dash does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any decisions you make based on information from the Service are solely your responsibility.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You may only create one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Coral Dash offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: £7 per month (early adopter pricing; regular price £10/month)
• Yearly Plan: £65 per year (early adopter pricing; regular price £85/year)

All new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods, not your current subscription term.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access or scrape the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content

The Service integrates with and relies upon third-party services, including:

• Google: For authentication (OAuth) and Google Sheets API access
• Monzo: Your bank data exported to Google Sheets (not directly accessed by us)
• Stripe: For secure payment processing

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of any third-party services.

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• Changes to third-party APIs or services
• Outages or disruptions of third-party services
• Inaccuracies in data provided by third-party services
• Your failure to comply with third-party terms of service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or information
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

The Service does not constitute financial advice. All financial data, calculations, and insights provided are for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified financial professionals before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORAL DASH AND ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or data corruption
• Financial losses resulting from decisions made using the Service
• Interruption of business
• Cost of substitute services
• Any other intangible losses

Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coral Dash and its operators, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content or data you provide through the Service

Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service
• Your conduct poses a risk to the Service or other users

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No refunds will be provided for any unused subscription period.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (for material changes)

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coral Dash regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
